Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking a photoshoot should be simple. Here is how reservations, payments, cancellations and changes work for outdoor sessions with ALEX in Barcelona.
Reserving Your Session
A 30% deposit is required to secure your date and time. Your booking is confirmed when the deposit is received. The remaining 70% is due on the day of the photoshoot.
If You Need to Cancel
Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund of your deposit.
Need to Change Your Date?
1 reschedule is free when you contact me at least 24 hours before the original session time. Your new date and time are subject to availability.
What Happens if the Weather Is Bad?
If rain or strong wind makes the outdoor photoshoot impractical, we can reschedule at no extra charge. If you're leaving Barcelona and another suitable date isn't possible, your deposit will be refunded.
If You're Running Late
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, time lost to a late arrival is deducted from your booked session duration, so later bookings can start on time.
