Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in the photoshoot price?
Essential is €150 for 1 hour and 50+ photos; Experience is €300 for 2 hours and 80+; Half-Day is €500 for up to 4 hours and 150+. Photographs include color correction and cropping.
Will I need to pay extra to unlock my photos?
No. The number of photographs included in your chosen package is stated before booking; there are no surprise fees to unlock those included images.
How do I secure my date?
Once we've confirmed availability and the session details, a 30% deposit secures your date. The remaining 70% is due on the day of the shoot.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
One free reschedule is available with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancel at least 72 hours before the session for a full deposit refund.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather makes an outdoor session impractical, we'll arrange a new date at no extra charge. If rescheduling isn't possible before you leave Barcelona, your deposit will be refunded.
When will I receive my photos?
The full edited gallery arrives within 5 calendar days. Solo and couples sessions also include the first 15 edited photos within 3 hours.
Does the price include beauty retouching?
Standard editing includes color correction and cropping, not beauty or skin retouching.
